Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights under the
law of England.
When placing an order with June Emerson Wind Music, we need to collect certain information
to be able to process your order. This information is stored lawfully and in accordance
with the relevant data protection acts. All information held on our system is password
protected, and protected through SSL 128bit technology encryption. We do not use

Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. We at
June Emerson Wind Music make every effort to ensure that all prices and technical
information is correct. In the unlikely event of an error, we cannot be held responsible
for any inaccuracies at any time. If there is any price increase caused by an error
on your order, we will notify you before processing your order. All product prices
include VAT where applicable. We are required by law to collect VAT at UK rates
on orders despatched to countries within the European Union. N.B.

the Internet. These prices may vary when purchased using other methods.
You can pay for your purchases either by credit or debit card, by requesting a Pro
Forma (pre-payment) invoice, or by placing the goods on your June Emerson Wind Music
credit account, if you have one. Credit accounts are normally only given to regular
customers who represent companies and institutions such as shops, schools, colleges

our discretion; in some instances where the value is high we may ask for proof of
identity to be faxed through or cash to be paid direct into our account. If you
choose to pay by credit / debit card then the details of your card number will be
securely encrypted before they are transmitted over the internet or stored on our
computers. This makes your card details completely undecipherable by anyone except
us. We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard and Solo cards provided
that they are not swipe only. Cards are not charged until the goods are ready for
despatch and your order has been checked. In the event of a payment problem, if
no attempt has been made by the customer to resolve the problem, we reserve the
right to cancel the order after 7 days.
Title to Goods
Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in
full. If payment is declined by your card issuer, you will be contacted. In the
event of the customer's insolvency June Emerson Wind Music reserves the right to
reclaim goods for which full payment has not been made.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders which are in stock on the day the order has
been placed. If you need delivery by a certain time please state this clearly on
your order and we will do our best to oblige.
For Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce and other courier shipments, a signature
may be required upon delivery to your address. You are responsible for your order
once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible
if the package(s) goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty
or damaged on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email
or telephone) quoting your order reference. We cannot be held responsible for goods
that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering

Orders and Stock Availability
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. If you do order an
item and it is out of stock we will endeavour to notify you within 1 working day
of your order being placed. We usually expect back-ordered items to arrive within
approximately 7-10 days, but we will let you know if we know of any reason they
may be delayed for longer. We will keep items on back order for you unless you contact
us to cancel your order. We do select orders at random for security checks to help
protect both you and us. We may request that you provide us with proof of address
and /or proof of identification before your order can be processed. When this happens
we will contact you to request the information required. When you pay for your order
by credit or debit card we carry out checks or "authorisations" with the card issuer
for security reasons. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card
we will contact you with further details. Fraud: In order to maintain
customer security we carry out both manual and electronic security checking on all
orders - in certain circumstances it may be necessary to contact you for further
information. Note that your I.P address will be taken on any order, which is for
security reasons and will help protect against fraudulent activity. We reserve the
right to cancel accounts and / or block incoming emails from any nuisance or suspected

priority. Your credit card details are sent to our secure servers
when the order is processed. At no point are your credit card details sent over
an unsecured connection.
