Checking Out

Once you have finished shopping and are ready to confirm your order and submit your payment details, you will need to go to Check Out. You will notice that the shopping cart items are shown at the top of your screen (top right). There you can click the 'Check Out' button.

When checking out you have to have a June Emerson Wind Music account, so if you haven't already done so, please log in. If, however, you dont' have a June Emerson Wind Music account, then you will need to register for one. This is a very quick and simple process and will speed up your check out experience in the future.

Please note we do not store any credit card information on our webservers, nor do we send SPAM.

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Check Out page. This shows you a summary of the items in your shopping cart, shows the rate at which you are paying for the item, the quantity you have chosen and the total amount. Please note that delivery charges are based on the total amount of your order - you'll find a breakdown of these charges on the Information page.

If you need to update the contents of your shopping cart you MUST press the refresh button afterwards. This ensures your shopping cart is up to date and includes your latest changes.

Press the Check Out button when ready...

You will be re-directed to our payment partner's secure payment page. You can check the security of the page by looking at the padlock which appears either in the address bar of your web browser, or at the bottom. You will also notice that the address starts with 'https://', indicating a secure web page.

Please fill in your personal details. Your email address is very important here as this is our primary means of contacting you.

Once you have completed the form, click the Submit order button. We will then start processing your order. Please note your card will not be charged until the items are ready to be despatched. All in stock items will be sent straight away, with the full postage charge applied. If any of the titles are out of stock, they will be back ordered for you and will follow once they have come into stock. You will not be charged any additional postage.
