June Emerson Wind Music is proud to have provided nearly 40 years of prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to wind players all over the world. We carry a stock of more than 40,000 titles of music for wind instruments, ready for immediate despatch. This is probably the largest and most varied stock of wind music anywhere and it’s growing daily.

Making A Purchase

You can make a purchase through our website, by snail mail, telephone or fax (see Contact page for information). When making your order by means other than through the website, please provide us with your contact details – this enables us to get in touch with you quickly and easily should there be any issues.

If you cannot find the title you are looking for in our catalogues or on the website, then get in touch and we’ll be happy to try and locate it for you. Please provide us with as much information as you can (such as instrumentation, publisher etc). You can send us a request using the contact form on this website.

Items priced at £0.00 are listed for your reference, but are pending confirmation of the retail price. Any £0.00 listed items ordered will be charged at the recommended retail price (RRP) and the appropriate postage charge added - if you are unsure about ordering and would like to find out a price in advance, please contact us.

Payment

If you place an order through this website you will be taken to a checkout screen and then on to our payment partner. They operate a secure environment ensuring your details are safe at all times. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your purchase has been put through successfully.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a pro forma (pre-payment) invoice. If you just want to order our free catalogue(s) please select this method and you won’t be asked to give payment details.

All payments and invoices are made in pounds Sterling. Your bank or payment card issuer will convert the payment into your own currency.

Please be aware that we don’t take payment for your music until it is ready to be shipped. This also applies to any backorders.

In the case of part-shipped orders (where some items are out of stock and have been back-ordered), the postage charge will be charged in full on the initial shipment - the remainder of your order will be sent post-free.

Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Large orders will be split into several smaller packages, to keep costs to a minimum. However, if you require your order to be sent by another method (eg. Parcelforce, Special Delivery, DHL etc) then contact us and we’ll calculate the cost for you.

Overseas orders are sent by airmail unless you require another service (eg. courier, surface mail). As for our UK customers we can give you a quotation for these alternative methods.

The VAT rate on printed music in the UK remains at 0%

We are not aware of any cases of card fraud using our internet shopping system. All card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Rest assured that your details are stored securely and payments are processed by JEWM authorised personnel ONLY.
